Interview was via video. It was technical based with a few behavior based questions sprinkled through. It was obvious that they were focused on someone with experience very close to their specific processes and instruments used. The experience of getting an offer extended was not a good one at all. There was no initial negotiation. I got an email one day with all the paperwork needed to start work and the salary was nestled in the document. I had not discussed or been asked what my salary range was beforehand and it seemed like it was assumed that I would accept. When I countered with questions and a higher salary it took weeks and multiple follow ups for the HR representative to get back with me with not much wiggle room in their initial offer.
