One round of interview. There was nothing much in it, I just went there gave interview for 20 minutes and got the offer. The company is good for fundraisers. I worked there for 2 years became a team leader. You will see a new way of fundraising.
The interview took 1 week. The overall process was easy. All the questions were asked with respect to the sales. Why should we hire you? Where do you want to see yourself in 5 years?
