From the outset, let me first say thank you for not only considering joining FYXER, but for also sharing your opinions on the interview process. It really is invaluable to hear back from applicants.
On behalf of FYXER, I apologise for not getting in touch sooner about your application. We are humbled by each application and so we always strive to offer helpful feedback. However, as a growing company, it can take up to a few weeks for us to get back to you, so given your interview took place recently, I’m sure we will be in contact very soon.
As you note, our interview process starts out with an informal chat, so that both the applicant and FYXER can learn a little bit more about one another and we can both decide if we want to take the next step. After a virtual Fyxer experience, we then invite applicants to meet with us in our London offices.
We aim to be as transparent as possible about what the role entails so the applicant knows if it is right for them. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel incentivised by the salary or bonus structure, but in the Virtual Assistant sphere, our salaries and bonuses are highly competitive, while our employees also enjoy flexible working, a high degree of autonomy and constant support from a team of experienced EAs. I’m also not sure what you mean by ‘cannot be beaten’, but our bonuses are capped at 24% of the average annual salary, which we think strikes the right balance between incentivising our staff and rewarding them for their hard work.
FYXER is a growing, dynamic company and we are always looking to improve the services we provide, be it internally or externally. I am sorry that you had a poor experience with us, but your feedback has been very helpful. I wish you all the best in the future.
Helen, Head of People
