      Data Analyst II Interview

      31 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fabletics in Sept 2025

      Interview

The interview process includes 4 rounds - HR, hiring manager, SQL live coding, and on site. I I love the HR and the hiring manager - had such a great time talking with both of them. The HR was super on top of communications and never leave me there waiting. I love the hiring manager, she's professional and makes me feel like I'd love to work on her team. What makes this great experience average was the live coding interview - one of the worst I had. The interviewer showed up late and never turned on camera. He had to hop off for a few minutes at the beginning of the interview because of technical issues. I was asked to write sql on a word document or notepad which gave a lot of annoying red underscore that disrupt code writing. The data sets were given as table_name(column1, column2, column3). I know companies do this, albeit this is not the best code writing experience. However, this entire coding-interview experience feels unprofessional and a little rude. One of the lesson learned from this experience is to ask HR in the future about on what platform/ how will the coding interview be conducted.
