Interview
HR screened over the phone. Next day scheduled an interview. Place is hard to find. They make you fill out an app with your job history and ask for your ssn and references. So you stuck there filling this out (minus the PII) for 15 min. At least they gave me a water.
Finally spoke with the owner for 20 min in a dimly lit office. Seemed nice but thats it. Never followed up with me and position is still not filled.

Interview
It was easygoing, very straightforward. Was able to see how knowledgeable they were during the interview. The owner himself is a IT genius. The questions are tough but it is a great place to work for you! Better than Apple!!!

Interview
It was very structured with a Fabre Technologies recruiter and it first involved phone interviews then onto VC interviews. The VC interviews showcased an actual person on the team and your hiring manager. I think its most important to hit it well with your hiring manager because they are the ones who will be your boss. Overall they have a fair system where each interviewer goes and does an objective rating on how the interview went I believe.
