After a culture/fit interview with the recruiter, there is a technical interview conducted by the lead, architect, and managing senior developers as well as the project manager. If you pass this section, there is a day-long, paid "on-site" trial-run day to see if you're a good fit.
The technical interview in round two is conducted via a Google conference, and code is written into a Google doc. You will likely be completely thrown off by the constant reformatting the document editor does to your code, and spend so much time being distracted by fighting it that you'll have trouble focusing on the questions. The questions are all incredibly easy- once you know what the interviewer actually wants to see.
