The entire interview process with Factored was extremely well organized, and everyone involved genuinely made an effort to take great care of the candidates. I was truly impressed by how supported and valued I felt throughout the process. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Which project have you worked on that you consider one of the most challenging or strategic in your career?

Interview
The whole process took around 3-4 months, i was contacted by a recruiter that explained everything in the minimal details and answered every question that i had.
In my hiring process i faced a total of 5 interviews, being:
1 - Behavioral interview led by the recruited
2 - Technical Interview led by another Engineer
3 - Seniority Assessment led by another Engineer
In between this interviews my recruiter reached out to me and made a potential offer, later on i had other 2 rounds of interviews with one of Factored's clients being one behavioral and the other a technical/showcase of my skills.
Throughout this whole process Factored was 100% clear regarding expectations, how to prepare for the interviews and did an excellent job on helping me prepare for the interviews with the client. What shines the most about this whole methodology is that Factored took away the pressure of being evaluated by giving me general topics to prepare for each interview (even the 1st technical round and the seniority assessment). This gave me a direction on which topics to refresh my memory on and where to put my focus.
I even remeber complimenting one of my interviewers because it was the most ethical and human approach i've ever had in a hiring process.

Interview
The interview was a three-phase process. The first phase was an initial screening, the next was a live code interview, and the last one was a technical interview based on a business case. In the process they the interviews made sure the candidate was both a cultural and a technical fit
