Factory Connection interview questions

Filled out online application, called for interview, interviewed with store manager and then regional manager. Interview was laid back and easy going. They asked questions such as why I wanted to work there, what my strengths were, and availability.

I was called in for the interview by store manager first after submitting my application. Later I was called by the store manager to schedule a date and time to be interviewed by the District Manager.
