Very negative experience. First interview was a recruiter screen. This was done remotely over zoom, however recruiter insisted to turn cameras off. 2nd round was supposed to be with the hiring manager. He was too busy, so I was sent a case study instead. Received an automated email that I was rejected the next day. There was no opportunity to learn about the role or technical implications of the accounting prior to completing the test. The process was unfair in my opinion and very unprofessional at multiple points.
