100% automated and online. You submit an application with references. All you have to have is at least 60 college credits and previous work experience of any kind (you need a letter of recommendation from a previous employer). If you meet these qualifications anyone is a shoe in, basically. Then you do a one day orientation in Falls Church.

really easy. there wasnt a process, i think everyone ywho applies gets accepted following a background check and meeting the min qualifications. overall it took about 3 weeks to hear back then schedule for orenataion and was able to sub right after
