It was an informal chat at a job fair. They asked me a couple of questions and then suggested that I ask the questions to learn more about the school. It was not clear what they were looking for.

They suggested I ask them questions; I asked all that I could think to ask but I have no idea how I was supposed to impress with my teaching experience in this context. Very frustrating.
