Fairwinds Partners interview questions

After submitting a cover letter and resume I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. After a very informal phone interview, I was asked to come in the office for a formal interview. This interview was not as formal as expected. It was very conversational and unscripted which I really enjoyed. After about a week I had an offer.
