Interview
The interview process was easy and straight forward overall. The process started with a phone interview with the HR administrative assistant. He asked a series of questions in regards to my qualifications, character, personality, and how well I worked with others. The face-to-face interview involved the same HR administrative assistant and the department manager. They asked the same questions but required more details and real life scenarios.
