Prior to the interview, you were able to review the questions that were going to be asked. Your responses to the questions were timed. The panel was made up of the Director of Accounting, Associate Superintendent of HR, and other associates throughout the district and sites.

It was a panel interview with about ten questions. Questions are provided five min. prior to interview to review, The interview was timed when you responded. I believe it was a minute per question.
