Almost everyone gets hired if they are new to Ems.
They tell you what to expect, ask why you want to join. Apply online and they will call. Always looking for paramedics especially. They want to make sure you are interactive and want to work these hours and can handle the routine.

Employee was really pleasant and interview was quick and easy, with an offer being disclosed right away and then a bunch of information about the company and orientation/training process. My interview was over the phone because of COVID-19
