Was hired but then expected to do the onboarding on a Sunday. I cleared my schedule to do so, but then had to wait hours on standby. It happen until the next day, a holiday. Again was told a time but the person didn’t come online until and hour and half later. Now during the onboarding I felt rushed and the person was incredibly unprofessional and demeaning and when I explained it was because of the wait and things had timed out, he said I failed “the test” and hung up. Huge red flag. Kinda glad as I can’t imagine what it would be like once started with that kind of attitude.
