First interview with a store manager at the location they want to hire for. Second interview with a field consultant from corporate. Neither interview is what I would call formal.

Called in spoke to District Manager called a Field Consultant for about an hour. Called back after about a day to got to orientation. 3 Days a Corp, after that is completed you get your schedule.
