I applied on Indeed and received a timely response via email. I was sent a link to book a phone interview with very open and flexible availability to accommodate my prior commitments and time constraints. The phone interview was relaxed and informational. My questions were answered directly,

Question 1
I was asked how comfortable I am with nursing skills commonly used amongst the patient population, and informed that there is a preceptor period for additional practice.

Interview
Completed the initial interview, visited the office, sat in on their weekly meeting. Had a second interview. All went well. Was told I’d hear something by the end of the week. Was told their was great interest. Week later, didn’t hear anything. The recruiter called me several times with an update as well as advised how impressive the interviews were. Another week and was told the Director put the position on hold as the office was going through a few changes. A week later position posted seeking “New Grad” no experience.
