I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Family Physicians Group
Interview
The interview was great. I thought I was walking into a dream job with an awesome company. They answered all my questions, talked about starting salary, bonus, yearly raises. They talked about upward mobility- open door policy and just sounded like a great company.
When we discussed my starting day- and I told them due to graduation- (my daughter from high school)- they asked me "you aren't really planning on going to that are you?"

Question 1
Unethical behavior- bugging patients, constant calling them about their insurance- why they changed companies, whey they switched PCP's, why the had not scheduled an appointment. People were written up if they did not schedule a patient's appt when they left the office, they lied on a write up of an employee- told me she was the only one who could have answered the phone without the full 60 " Thank you for calling speech". They lie to employees and told them that it was malpractice if they did not schedule appts for patients when they leave the office. They treat their salaried employees like slave labor. I don't mind working overtime - but leave 5 minutes before 5 and they want you to take the day off- never mind that you worked 60 hours some weeks. Terrible company to work for.
