I applied online. I interviewed at Fang Consulting (Hong Kong) in Mar 2021
Interview
Straightforward with some tricky questions-with questionnaire and test. Lasted two hours seeing 2 managers and asked many scenario like questions. Asks about what your external hobbies are. Overall not too daunting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fang Consulting (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2018
Interview
The HR personnel that starts the over the phone hiring process is very professional. She is straight forward and let's you know what the job is about up front. I appreciated her asking right away what pay range I was looking for before I went further in the process. If we weren't in the same range, she didn't want to waste my time applying for the position. She talked about the history of the company and made it clear that Fang was growing quickly and gave detail as to what they look for in a future employee: flexibility, willingness to learn, etc. She also stays with you throughout the hiring process. You are not juggled between multiple hiring personnel with no warning. The next step with the in person interview has you taking a tour of all the offices and meeting managers and/or directors of the company. They are very comfortable to be around, and don't try to scare you off by being tough on you. They genuinely seem to care about your answers.
