First round is behavioral - 25 to 30 minutes, asking about yourself, strenghts, weaknesses
Second round is behavioral/technical - no coding questions but whatever is put on resume is fair game.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me why you're interested in working for Fannie Mae.
The process was extremely nice. My interviewer didn't ask that many tech question and if he did they weren't that crazy. It was more of a "who are you and how would you solve certain problems" type of interview and I very much appreciated that.

Interview
Apply -> Phone -> Final -> Offer
Phone is chill, just behavior with a recruiter to see if you're socially competent and actually know what Fannie Mae does.
Final round wasn't too easy honestly. No Leetcode, but after ~10 mins of Fannie Mae and behavioral, the tech trivia was very in depth. It was all doable though. Ended the interview with a riddle question not related to computer science.
