I applied and was contacted maybe a month after for a phone interview. On the day of the interview, I used Cisco WebEx to call in. I remember it being 3 other people on the line, it felt kind of strange as to who I was talking to. They then asked me to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 how comfortable I am with Python. Then they asked me on stuff I did in my projects. I was also asked about REST and state the difference between MySQL and NoSQL. Overall, the interview was kind of awkward cause the reception was bad. It also felt like it was a one-sided interview where they just wanted to test me instead of trying to let me explain myself and get to know me. They also never contacted me when they said they would contact me.
