The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO)
Interview
Lengthy. I'll go through the process, as they give you little to no information on what to expect/prep etc for each step. 1st step: Phone interview, which was casual and easy. 2nd step: 1.5 hour interview with 4 different people which was fine except for the role playing - one guy tried to "wear" different personalities to see if you could communicate with them. I see why they would want that, but poor execution. 3rd step: there is a lengthy assignment where you have to audit about 8 websites indicating what could use improvement (mobile, social, customer experience). 4th step you had to schedule a call to role play talking to the owners of said websites. This was really awkward, asked questions about FH that you wouldn't know the answer to - as the info isn't on the site and they don't give you any information. This was as far as I got. I followed up, but never heard from them again. Considering all of the time that is put into the process the least they can do is tell you you didn't get it. I saw one of the reviewers on here applied for the same position, didn't get as far as I did, but received a canned response... overall, I think I dodged a bullet ...

Interview
The process from initial recruiter, role play with training staff, and final team meeting was seamless, interactive, and informative. I appreciate the time commitment from all individual contributors to find the right fit which shines highly on FareHarbor's commitment and environment.
