Interview
Weirdest interview ever. Phone interview first; I spoke with the CEO's father and we talked for over an hour; great conversation. In person interview; I interviewed with managers, I thought everything went okay. By the time I got home, I had received an email that they did not want me on board. Didn't call references, nada. I had a feeling they were only looking to hire young people or they were basing their hiring decisions on appearance which makes no sense for a web position.

Interview
The interview was thorough and pretty relaxed. It was 25 minutes on the phone discussing the role as well as my personal experience. Although I did not get the position, the interview was easy and the interviewer was kind.

Question 1
What trait do I have that will most benefit the company and position if they hire me.

Interview
The interview went well except everyone asked the same questions, so it was repetitive. Some of the interviewers had positions in the company not related to the role or the team, so it was an unfair setup. I was qualified for the job and they seemed to like me as they asked me to come in on last minute notice, but they did not move on with me for hiring. They must be making unfair decisions and awful assumptions about me.
