Interview
The interview process took approximately eight weeks from application to offer (delays due to the holiday period). It began with a 30-minute introductory call with the recruiter, followed by a 60-minute conversation with the hiring manager. The final stage consisted of three 30-minute interviews with cross-functional partners and potential peers.
Throughout the process, every interviewer was respectful, well prepared, and asked thoughtful, relevant questions. Communication was clear and consistent, and expectations were well outlined at each stage. My recruiter was outstanding! She provided regular updates, clear guidance on next steps, and ensured I always had the information needed to prepare. I never felt uncertain or uninformed at any point.
