The plant manager asked me a few questions about what kinds of machinery I was comfortable with, asked me about the experience I've had around shops and tools, what kinds of things I did at my previous place of employment. Then he gave me a tour of the plant and showed me their process of production.

It was a very comfortable and easy going interview the guy was nice and respectful the questions were relevant I was confident in my answers and was respectful to employer while looking into his eyes
