The entire process was straightforward - online application with resume followed by a 30 minute phone call. My interviewer (who apparently said they were being replaced soon?) stated after the interview that "you seem like a good fit" and that "I'll send you a survey index today for you to fill out so we can move on to the next step."
Six (6) days passed without any word - on day 3 and day 5 I sent emails to remind them with no response. I finally called her direct number and heard the following: "Oh I am sorry, I've just been really busy lately and I forgot to send it to you."
Another four (4) days pass, and still no word. I receive an email saying that I've been rejected.
I don't understand what happened, or what string of unprofessionalism led to this point. But I feel misled and frustrated by the leadership or hiring workers at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. My perspective of the company alligns with several other reviewers on this Glassdoor page.
