Very friendly people, a lot of steps to follow online (referrals, personality questionnaire, transcript) but worth the trouble. First a phone interview with the HR person, then a Skype interview with that person plus the employee that I'd be doing my summer project with 2 weeks later. Heard back within the week with an offer.

Online interview asked questions about your resume, behavior based questions, and learn what the internship has to offer. 2 people are conducting it and its about thirty minutes. Very nice people, and not super difficult.

Requires and phone interview and then an in person interview if you make it past the phone interview. Super friendly interviewers. Be sure to know about the company and have questions prepared ahead of time to ask interviewers.
