Was taken in for a quick interview lasted 5-10 minutes , unprofessionally gave false hope of me getting the job to then receive an unsuccessful email the day after. Was gutted as this was a perfect role and unsure what went wrong to not get the job.

Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.
No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
