Online application that just took your details and you had to upload you CV then you would receive an email to an arrangement for in-store interview, it took around 2 weeks to arrange everything. easy and pretty simple application process.

Why choose to work at Farm foods, in comparison to any other store?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmfoods (Walsall, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
I applied online at around 4am on a Monday morning and I got an email back st 8am to confirm they had my application. They called me at 4pm same day to book interview for the following Monday. That was more of a casual chat. Called next day to offer me the job, took documents in the next day and started the following week
