I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farrell Fritz, P.C. (Albany, NY)
Interview
It was a casual process and a good conversation. I felt good about a future with the firm and the plans that the firm had to foster growth. The firm seemed dedicated to providing resources to assist in a transition.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farrell Fritz, P.C. (New York, NY)
Interview
One zoom meeting and then an in person interview with 4 attorneys in conference room. Asked questions about my current employment. Nothing too difficult and everyone was pleasant. Didn't end up getting a call back though
Friendly interview where they were honest about the expectations they had for applicants and also gave advice on resume presentation, interviewing tips, and generally helpful in finding future opportunities in the geographic area and in the particular practice area I was looking to work in. Firm culture seemed to be closely working together within the individual departments and a general air of working together on the whole.
