Screening phone interview to see if your skill set aligns with what they are trying to fill. For the in person interview they started with a test like an IQ test with both math type problems and word type questions. There were 5 people on the panel and was a fairly comprehensive questioning of my skill set. The question and answer portion took roughly one and a half hours.
