I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises
Interview
Ok, so you can see I didn't get an offer (although this was from withdrawing my application before the process was finished rather than a rejection). I passed the first two interviews and was invited to fly down to Denver for the final interview. So far all my interactions have been professional if a bit sterile (somewhat expected with a company this large). I said great, but I have another offer is there any way we can speed the process along? They said no problem we'll schedule you to come in four days and that I would hear from the travel department the following day. I don't know what time zone the travel department works out of but they did not email or call me until after 5pm EST (so I did not get their messages as I had left work already) meaning it was too late to schedule the travel (this was a Friday).
With the other offer's deadline approaching and not leaving enough time to schedule another interview, I emailed my HR rep explaining what happened and thanking them for their time but I would be withdrawing my application. HR's response was a very snippy email essentially calling me a liar and that it was my fault travel had not been arranged in time. After two very unprofessional interactions in a row I'm glad I did not complete the application process with FAST. Proceed with caution.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First two interviews are very similar: one is with HR and the other with a Training Specialist. Other questions listed on glassdoor are spot on.
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

Question 1
Past experiences, how you stay organized, jobs you applied for, what you know about the company and role, relocating, salary, basic yes and no questions and other questions,
How would you handle someone resistant to change?
How to handle last-minute changes from devs affecting tc materials?
How to win over a panel of professionals during a presentation?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
Very quick turnaround from the recruiter. 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. Was then reached out to to schedule a final round interview. 2 on 1 for final interview.

Question 1
Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
