I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Apr 2012
Interview
I had an initial interview with the recruiters. They gave me a timed test that asked logic questions. I was then told they wanted me to come out to Denver for a second interview. They paid for airfare and hotel. I met with one of the executives and he asked me basic interview questions. He then asked me to solve a couple problems on the whiteboard.

Question 1
I wouldn't say any of the interview process was exceptionally difficult, but I do remember being a little nervous when asking to solve the problems on the whiteboard. The only question I really remember from that process was to determine the angle between the hour and minute hands of a clock for a specific time.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
