      Poor Interview Process Interview

      9 Mar 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Pune
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fastly (Pune) in Feb 2026

      Interview

I was interviewed by them and the conversation went well. The interviewer seemed engaged and the discussion was positive. However, after the interview, the company completely disappeared. No update, no feedback, no rejection email — nothing. Candidates spend time preparing, attending interviews, and making themselves available, but this company clearly does not respect that effort. The least a company can do is close the loop with a simple response. Ghosting candidates after an interview is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring culture. If this is how they treat potential employees during the hiring stage, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their actual employees.
