Quite a long process without much in the way of updates. There was an initial round with a recruiter, followed 2 weeks later by a take home assessment, which I was compensated for. Following that, short interview with the current Ops Leader. After that, I was told they would not be moving forward. No feedback, no conversation. Just a "no".
