While this place touts themselves as entrepreneurial-minded agency, they seem to have an old-school PR shop attitude where they get as much as they can from employees/candidates without offering much in return. When giving candidates assignments, its general practice that you'd use a completed or hypothetical campaign - rather than valuable and relevant work that the agency can put into practice without any attribution, payment or guidelines on how their IP will be used. They did not acknowledge receipt of the work that they requested, and had to be followed up with for an update on the position.
