Group interview, with President and Chief Executive Officer of the company in Roclville Maryland location of Fedstore. Also phone interview with their auditors of the company at the Rockville location. Called back for second interview . The interview was very relax but comprehensive and it lasted about two hours each time.

Very open, honest and relaxing interview meetings. Individual and group interviews. They explained the process and position in detail. They explain expectations very well. They ask for real examples of past experiences. They treat you well and make sure your are not uncomfortable. Very refreshing and simple approach process.

Brought in through recruitment at my old company. Had multiple phone interviews with the President and Vice President. Was asked questions regarding account planning, client management, and the like. Pretty typical for a sales job.

Lies about your job duties. They will ask you a question about what you want to do, how you want to do it, and how you think it will benefit them. Then, upon beginning your employment, they will pull the rug out from under you and change everything you thought that you were interviewing for.
