The process explained was a phone screening, followed by a second round interview and drug test. No assessments, phone screen was supposed to be over Teams, but we did it over the phone

15 minute phone interview and then was asked to do an interview person interview. Very nice recruiter and seemed interested in learning more about me. You will talk about your experience and then they go over the position.
