I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Feldman Automotive (New Hudson, MI)
Interview
Short. Asked if I had experience and what it was. They where in need of help badly due to extremely high turn over rate.(went through 1000 employees the short time I was there)There was only 1 employee at the time and he had been alone for a few months (he was worn down from the long hours). Asked when I could start. Short. Simple. They always need new employees.
Are you willing to work long hours?(They do not tell you it's 6 days a weeks 60-90 hours even if there is no work, which you are paid based on how many cars you clean, no work means no money being made and required to stay past close almost every night waiting for salesman to finish selling car, if they don't sell them you stayed without getting paid, up to 5+ hours in some cases)

Interview
The sales manager here is very professional, Kind, and fun! I felt at ease almost like he was family already. I knew it would be a great place to work because of the tone he had set right from the start! He made it very clear that there was an amazing support system in place!
