The person I initially spoke to on the phone said that I would have either a zoom or in person interview and that she would send me an email letting me know. I never received an invitation for a zoom meeting so I showed up in person. I asked to be contacted either way and I was ghosted

Question 1
Why someone with an impressive résumé like myself would want to work there.
I interviewed at Felton Institute (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Got an email from a manager and we arranged to speak on the phone. Then had video interview with her and one of the supervisors. Then had in-person interview with supervisor, the person I'd be replacing, and two other people on the team. At each interview, they told me that I should think about if I was interested in proceeding, and if so I should email them to schedule another interview--it was a nice touch when hiring people right out of school who might not be familiar with the process.

Question 1
What do you do for self-care? Tell me about a time when you have handled a disagreement with a colleague. Client vignette.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Felton Institute
Interview
Had a lovely phone chat, followed up by a Zoom call, and then an in-person callback. Felt that everything went well, and was told that I "would hear back either way" but was ghosted after the in-person interview and did not hear back at all. Very disappointing and honestly felt so disrespected by it. It's not hard to send a "we've gone in a different direction" email.
