Femtonics interview questions

There was a quick tour of the premises, then they did a presentation on all the projects running. They said I am the perfect candidate. Then they finally offered me that I can do my Phd there, but they would not employ me.

The ususal, however it took them 2 months to call me in and a colleague also had the same experience. The reason of course could have been that they preferred another candidate but failed to agree, but I was already on the team that my colleague got hired into and I know for sure that this was not the case with her hiring, it was capacity issues.
