Fender Musical Instruments Customer Service interview questions

Applied online and received a phone interview the next week. Soon followed by in person interview in Scottsdale. Being over the age of 50, but qualified, I was stunned by the level of disdain I received by HR and senior exec interviewers. The HR person actually crossed her arms and stared blankly and spoke in a monotone voice. The exec soon just gave me the same look and went through the questions and quickly gave me the bum's rush out of the building. Digital indeed.... I get I may or may not be a fit, but never have I received a reaction such as this.
