Interview
Nice and smooth, tree rounds. First phone interview with HR, later some communications via e-mail, interview with HR and Hiring manager in the office, very positive, open discussion, sharing of thoughts and experience, current situation my and in company, plans for short time and further.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fennovoima (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
If you have already working in the company few years, you still have to go through the full recruiting pipeline exactly as an employee/person that applies to current open position from outside of the company.
The process goes like this:
- Apply to open position
- You will get an interview invitation to meeting with the recruiting company
- You go through 1-2 full days where you will do tasks and tests in outsourced recruiter company
- After a days or weeks you will be invited to interview in Fennovoima
- After that there will be the final interview
Go-through time is ~0,5-3 months.
Internal job change salary cap is 10%, so if you are taking a big step internally to new position, you'll salary might be very low related to new challenges and responsibilities.

There was a lot of questions due to full day testing:
- Writing tests
- Logic and mathematics tests
- Pressure tests
- Co-working skill tests
- Group working skill tests
