Fennovoima interview questions

If you have already working in the company few years, you still have to go through the full recruiting pipeline exactly as an employee/person that applies to current open position from outside of the company. The process goes like this: - Apply to open position - You will get an interview invitation to meeting with the recruiting company - You go through 1-2 full days where you will do tasks and tests in outsourced recruiter company - After a days or weeks you will be invited to interview in Fennovoima - After that there will be the final interview Go-through time is ~0,5-3 months. Internal job change salary cap is 10%, so if you are taking a big step internally to new position, you'll salary might be very low related to new challenges and responsibilities.
