The hiring process starts with you emailing your resume to the office manager and that person gives you a call to schedule an interview a few day later. I interview with the office manager and the CFO for about an hour. We spoke about my experience, my transition from associate to a manager at my first job, my leadership style, how I handle customer interactions, employees situations. I was asked to called back to schedule a work interview as I had not yet finalized my next weeks schedule yet. I did not receive a response back from them after calling for a about a week for whatever reason
