From the start, the interview process was quite unprofessional. The interviewer showed up almost ten minutes late with no apology or response to my email. The first question I was asked was when I graduated college. With this being an HR role, I was shocked that the interviewer would blatantly violate the ADEA. Not many other questions were asked, and I was left feeling like I knew nothing about the role. At the end of the interview, I was asked my salary expectations. Upon stating them, I was told that it was no issue. Within an hour of the interview, I got a call from the same person stating my salary expectations were too high. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to build a good reputation in Human Resources.
