Was quick walk through of the plant. Asked standard questions concerning forklift operations how much time what kind of products loading and unloading etc. Do not know if on purpose but no talk of salary

Well I had 3 interviews A phone interview An interview with hiring manager Then an interview with HR, After the interviews got the tour, then was asked if I liked the position how soon could I start. I thought for sure I got the job. Had great experience & interpersonal skills. Well that all went to hell when the hiring manager walked me to the parking lot and asked “where’s your car?” I told him I toon the bus here. And that was the end of that. My partner was using the car for the day, but my dedication didn’t have me reschedule I took the bus to make it, ahead of time. I just believe you shouldn’t “look down” or doubt a person’s apparent situation. Because you miss the opportunities for good loyal & dedicated hard workers. That’s all no hard feelings. Just my interview process here in Charlotte.

First was a phone interview with a 3rd party company. Was told on the spot that I would be moving onto the second in person interview with the branch manager for the location. I’m person interview was more of a conversation, basically wanted to know if I’d be cool to be around for 8 hours a day.
