HR was very nice on the phone, very rude in person once I accepted the job offer. It was a total 180-degree shift in behaviour. The manager asking questions was again very under-mining and unprofessional. The chief manager of the team was more interested in what was happening outside the cubicle than inside. Don't think she listened to anything I said. Felt like people here aren't very experienced at handling big roles but were lucky enough to land them anyway.

Step 1- it was HR round , one of the member from HR team called me and gave me all the detail about the position, location, and asked me all things related to me like salary, location, and how soon I can join the company. Step 2- she gave me an assessment to complete within 24 hours Step 3- assessment shortlisted. Step 4- she called me for next round, which was in FnP headquarter. Step 5- two of the team members from content and marketing team took my interview, the one who took my interview was very calm and patients. It was over all a very good experience with ferns and petals team.
