Ricevuta mail. Effettuato una serie di test attitudinali online. Successivo colloquio in gruppo in cui l’obiettivo era di risolvere diversi casi in team simulando di essere un’azienda di consulenza ed infine colloquio con 3 project manager.

I was recruited by a headhunter for the F1 team (Strategy Department). 1st round (HR): a phone call where you describe yourself. 2nd round (technical): 20 mins introducing yourself technically, 20 mins LeetCode Easy, 20 mins LeetCode Easy. 3rd round (technical): 20 mins LeetCode Easy, 30 mins LeetCode Hard. 4th round (onsite: technical + HR): 30 mins LeetCode Medium, 30 mins System Design, and 30 mins Behavioral. I failed only because I couldn't finish writing the code for 3 out of 5 LeetCode problems in time. The onsite interview is only paid for candidates coming from outside Italy. Overall, it lasted 5 weeks.
