O got in contact with the hiring department through an intern employee, so the process was quite unusual as I started the interview with the person that I was suppose to replace in his position and after this step I got an interview with the person who was wupposed to be my direct boss, so the superior of the 1st one. Next did the interview with the HR department :1h interview being asked the typical questions over professional history; did an English level test and interview in English; had to complete at home a dossier for HR with motivational questions and a psychological test. After that I had an interview with the head of the department. The whole process last like 2months .
